Hi

My name is Dana. The garden temple in the back of the Alachua temple is my very favorite deity and temple.  It houses Vrnda Devi.  I also really have a affection for the deities in the main temple as well. I am fairly new to Bhakti and the path.    They were so gentle and kind and loving.. especially as I was so new and made so many mistakes entering the temple for the first time alone.   I have been going through a very hard time in my life and I always turn on the YouTube streaming of the temple as I do not live close by and anytime I am scared they are there for me.   I will never forget the loving embrace that I felt from them as I entered the temple all alone one time and that they are always there no matter where I am! Vrnda Devi

Hare Krishna Dana, thank you so much for sharing! I also chose the deities at the Alachua temple - they are so special. I live in Orlando and try to go regularly. I have never seen Vrinda Devi in the garden temple. I will make sure to go next time.

Hare Krishna Dana,
Pranams

Vrinda Devi Temple is truly beautiful. I live two hours away from ISKCON Alachua, but whenever I visit, I always go to Vrinda Devi and take 4 parikramas around Her temple, feeling as if I am doing parikrama of Shree Dham Vrindavan itself. and if I have time, I often chant some rounds here. Thank you for sharing this.

And yes, pls kindly keep holding on to Their lotus feet in all good and difficult times. They have a way of making everything beautifully work out in our lives.
